Overview

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for purchases made on GPT Images 2. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

Digital Nature of the Product

GPT Images 2 is a digital AI image generation service. Once credits are used to generate images or a subscription period has been consumed, those services are considered delivered and generally non-refundable.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate or unauthorized charge — You were billed more than once for the same order or a charge was made without your authorization.
  2. Service failure — The service was unavailable due to a technical issue on our side for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it.
  3. Unused subscription within 7 days — You purchased a subscription and have not generated any images with it, and you request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  4. Unused credit packs within 7 days — You purchased a one-time credit pack, have not consumed any credits, and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been consumed or images that have already been generated.
  • Subscriptions in which any credits have been used, past the 7-day window.
  • Renewal charges for subscriptions that were not canceled before the renewal date. Please cancel in advance via Settings → Billing to avoid unwanted renewals.
  • Dissatisfaction with generation quality when the service is functioning as intended. AI-generated output inherently varies.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@gptimages2.ai from the address associated with your account.
  2. Include your order number, the charge date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. We will respond within 3 business days with a decision or a request for additional information.

If we do not respond to a legitimate request within 3 business days, our payment provider (Creem, our Merchant of Record) reserves the right to process the refund on our behalf.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. To stop renewals:

  • Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel on your active subscription, or
  • Use the Manage button to open the Creem customer portal.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is under investigation. We strongly encourage you to reach out to support@gptimages2.ai first — we are committed to resolving issues quickly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
